There were 3 stages, Masterclass, Semi Final and Finals

The first session of the Voice of the Community Season 3, the Masterclasses, where participants got the meet the judges, and gain valuable insights to apply to their speeches in the next round.

In the Semi-Final round of VoC Season 3, our 21 participants presented on a topic of their choice before a panel of judges and an audience. 12 participants qualified for the finals, and our 9 semi-finalists were recognized for their efforts thus far.

The final round was as semi-impromptu round, where participants were given prompts based on their interests. They selected one of the options, and were challenged with preparing and delivering their talks on the same day.
