How To Use Gadgets Affectively

A session From The Resident Aalima (Urooj Naqvi) which was taken place For 2 days (Wednesday 10th And 17th May 2023) at the Tabligh Auditorium from 10:30am – 11:15am for all Ladies of the community.

Below is a small summery of the discussion:
Addiction related to social media and gadgets are actually related to neurotransmitters known as dopamine. If dopamine release is overactive, it shows that we are addicted to that thing.Scientific researches also tells us that an addicted person will only get pleasure from his addiction and will lose interest in other activities.So if someone is addicted to gadgets, he will like to spend a major part of his day with it. It can negatively impact his Addiction related to social media and gadgets is actually related to neurotransmitters known as dopamine.

On the 17th of May which was the second session the following was Discussed :

 participants shared their feedback and experiences regarding implementing rehabilitation methods during last week. Furthermore, Supreme leader Syed Ali Khamenai’s seven Addiction related to social media and gadgets is actually related to neurotransmitters known as dopamine. If dopamine release is overactive, it shows that we are addicted to that thing. Scientific research also tells us that an addicted person will only get pleasure from his addiction and will lose interest in other activities. So if someone is addicted to gadgets, he will like to spend a major part of his day with them. It can negatively impact his family life, spiritual life and as well as heath. Then, few rehabilitation methods such as monitoring our screen time, turning-off notifications, enjoying phone Free mornings and evenings were suggested to get rid of this addiction. In session 2, participants shared their feedback and experiences regarding implementing rehabilitation methods during last week. Furthermore, Supreme leader Syed Ali Khamenai’s seven instructions to effectively use The virtual space was discussed.

That seven recommendations are as follow:
1. Creating hope
2. advising patience
3. advising the truth
4. creating insight
5. not to get tired
6. avoiding laziness
7 staying active
At the useful applications, websites and techniques were introduced that can be helpful in effective use of gadgets end of the session
