- Eligibility for Use
Our gym and facilities are strictly for Muslim members only. Non-Muslims are not permitted to use the premises.
Management reserves the full right to cancel any booking or revoke access without notice if this policy is violated.
- Bookings & Cancellations
All bookings must be made in advance through our website.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to qualify for a reschedule or a coupon.
Late cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for any compensation.
Table Tennis and Badminton bookings specifically require prior notice for cancellation (minimum 24 hours). Failure to do so will result in a TZS 10,000 penalty charge.
Repeated failure to cancel on time may result in suspension of booking privileges.
- Coupon Policy (No Refunds)
We do not offer cash or card refunds under any circumstances.
If a session is cancelled within the allowed notice period, a coupon code will be issued. This code can be used to reschedule or book another session of equal value.
Coupons are non-transferable and must be used within the validity period mentioned at the time of issue.
- Code of Conduct
Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate removal and a ban from the facility.
Members are expected to maintain cleanliness and hygiene during and after their workout.
- Right to Refuse Service
Management reserves the right to deny or cancel access to any individual who violates these terms, poses a disturbance, or acts against the values and policies of the gym.
Non-compliance with the “Muslim-only” policy will result in immediate termination of membership or booking without a coupon or compensation.
- Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on our website, and continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
