In Loving Memory of Alhaj Ibrahim Hassanali Juma

The community mourns the passing of Alhaj Ibrahim Hassanali Juma, a devoted and lifelong servant of the community. Born in Zanzibar, Alhaj Ibrahim embodied the spirit of selfless service from a young age.

For more than 25 years, he was a pillar of the KSIJ Dar es Salaam Mosque committee. His dedication was evident to all, as he was consistently the first person to open the mosque every morning, a testament to his unwavering commitment.

Last year, the Jamaat formally recognized his profound contributions, presenting him with a well-deserved award. His humility, however, was his most defining characteristic. He never sought recognition or the spotlight for his voluntary efforts, leaving us with the powerful lesson that true service is its own reward.

Alhaj Ibrahim’s impact on the Jamaat and the many individuals he helped will not be forgotten. His numerous acts of kindness and service, many of which remain unknown, have left a lasting legacy.

We pray to the Almighty (SWT) to grant him the highest status in the abode of the hereafter. Ameen.
