With immediate effect, all wiladats and weddings at night will start at 8:30 pm sharp. It is important for all community members and families of wedding parties to understand the timings so that you do not miss the majalis and the bride/groom are present to witness their Nikah.

Wiladats and weddings taking place after maghribain prayers will remain the same.

This change in timings has become necessary due to programmes extending to very late at nights (security alert) and also the road closures leading to heavy traffic.

Polite request – Only immediate family members of both parties to line up for the weddings handshake. Long lines cause unnecessary delays.

Thank you all for understanding.
