Job Summary

A senior managerial position in the KSIJ Dar es Salaam, with full responsibility of office and operational management for the institution.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role.
3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems. Experience with software, e.g., “MailChimp, WordPress, Hootsuite” is a plus.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
7. Passionate about our mission and eager to share our stories with the world.
